Verifying the information you spread and being careful not to falsely accuse other people ought to be considered basic rules that people of all ages should know and abide by. It is therefore most unfortunate that a leader of such high stature as Prime Minister Gen Prayut Chan-o-cha appears to be oblivious of this kind of responsible conduct.
