Mr. Sittichok, 18 years old, the victim, said that at around 5 pm, while he was washing his car in front of his house, two teenagers rode a motorcycle and looked at him, but he ignored them because he didn't know them. About 5 minutes later, two more motorcycles rode in and came straight at him, saying, 'Are you the one who told your younger sibling to go shoot my younger sibling?' He was still confused about what it meant, but before he could explain, he was pulled out into the middle of the road. Then they kicked, punched, and hit him with a helmet. He could only use his hands to cover his face. After a while, the group rode away. At that time, he felt very scared because one of them pointed a gun at his head before being dragged out into the middle of the road. He didn't know the group of teenagers and had never had a fight before. Yesterday (29 Sep 2014), police mobilized forces to pursue the group of perpetrators and found that there were 6 people in total: 1. Mr. Phu (assumed name), 18 years old, 2. Mr. So (assumed name), 20 years old, 3. Mr. Tang (assumed name), 19 years old, 4. Mr. Frame (assumed name), 17 years old, 5. Mr. Khet (assumed name), 17 years old, and 6. Mr. Kaptan (assumed name), 19 years old. In cases 1-5, they have already come to meet the investigators to acknowledge the charges. As for case 6, relatives will bring him to surrender later. All of them will be prosecuted for jointly causing physical harm to ot hers and possessing and carrying firearms without permission. As for the parents, they may be guilty under the Child Protection Act of 2003 for neglecting to allow children to commit crimes or may have to pay civil compensation for the tort.
