On June 20, 2022, at 13.30 hours, Assistant to the Labour Minister Mr. Surachai Chaitrakulthong welcomed Mr. Ekathi Rattana-aree, Executive Vice President of Human Resources and General Administration, Mitsubishi Motors (Thailand), Laem Chabang, and committee, following a request to meet for a discussion. In the meeting, they discussed the tendency of labour disputes arising from filing requests in 2022 between the company and the Mitsubishi Automobile Workers’ Union of Thailand, whereby the union issued a claim for bonuses. The meeting took place at the Mitmaitri Conference Room 2, 5th floor, Department of Labour Protection and Welfare, Ministry of Labour.
